Bought these cups to replace my old plastic measuring cups. Difficult to find sets of all sizes. Five of the six NorPro cups are NOT standing upright on the counter; they tip over because the grip is too heavy. Only cup 1 stands upright by itself. Impossible to fill or measure accurately without 3 hands (imagine 2 hands pouring 1/2 cup of rice from a rice packet into a measuring cup, with your 3rd hand holding the glass to keep it from tipping halfway to one side). Don't worry about this product - it wasn't designed by someone who knows how to cook! Luckily, Revain accepted my return/return request for this item.
