Quick and easy to use

I had the opportunity to test SabotHeat mini. I tested it by making chicken cacciatore from scratch. I was amazed at how quickly everything was prepared. Within 3 hours I had to turn off the oven because it was simmering and cooking well. It had the real feeling of being cooked in an oven and tasted great. I noticed that condensation has formed on the counter. I believe this is because most people only use it to reheat, while I was actually cooking with it and it could have been too much. I need to experiment more with it. I look forward to continuing to play with it and make more creations. It is very easy to use, put food in it, plug it in, turn it on and then wait 30 minutes for the food to heat up. If you're cooking from scratch, let it sit for as long as you would cooking in the oven. Chicken Kakchatore is ready in about 1.5 hours, I let it sit for a long time to really see how it cooks. I live full time on the bus, this is perfect for cooking or reheating outside, traveling and indoors. It's small enough to store easily and doesn't take up much counter space. I've seen some comparing it to HotLogic. I've been using HotLogic for 3 years now. There is a big difference between them. When you think of HOtLogic you think of a slow cooker and Sabothheat think of an oven. Both are great, it just depends on what you're looking for. If you want more from a stove that even warms up, then the Sabothheat is perfect. It will do both. I love the fact that I can use this portable oven for very quick cooking when I don't have "multi cook time". Overall I'm impressed with this little portable oven.
