This is the nicest kitchen purchase I've ever made. What could be more fun than a flashlight, and it's also incredibly efficient and practical. The first dish I used the burner on was pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon. I loved being able to quickly get a crispy, crispy crust while keeping the center of the loin moist and perfectly cooked. Couldn't have asked for better and it was damn easy. Highly recommended!
