Review on 🏌️ IZZO Golf Izzo Lite Stand Golf Bag: The Ultimate Ultra-Light Golf Bag with Dual Straps for Effortless Carrying on the Course by Francisco Holmes

I really like the bag. Lightweight and feels well made and hopefully durable. What I don't like is bad customer service. Like some of you, I followed the included instructions for a custom ball pocket flap. They are expected to send a custom ball valve to replace the existing one. After 2 weeks I contacted Izzo support. You don't have my application. Wanted to know what name I submitted it under, what color the bag is and what website I submitted my information through. (The website with the instructions that came with the golf bag!) Gave them this information and they told me to contact me for an update. I can not hear anything. I think it's a scam and come on. I'm not sure I'll be using this custom bag flap anyway, and I didn't buy this golf bag for that function. I just want you to know that when you're in doubt about buying a bag (maybe on Father's Day?), don't let the bag's custom flap be your deciding factor, as you probably won't get one. Nice bag though. Edit: Heard from Izzo! They are sold out (black). In July or August we may see a personalized ball valve. Okay, it's the end of August already. No personalized ball valve and no response to 3 separate email requests. Seems like a hopeless case. Like I said, I didn't buy this bag for that feature, but if you do, don't hold your breath. Today is October 18, 2021. The bag valve has arrived. Too late for the golf season here in Wisconsin, but it's here.
