Water not hot enough to make a good cup of coffee and when I use it for the K pod the water doesn't get hot. get hot enough for that too. I liked the concept of a 2-in-1 coffee maker, but the manufacturer needs to improve this product. Another downside is the complexity of using this coffee maker. First, open and remove the water tank cover. Then use the carafe to fill the tank with the required amount of water. Replace and secure the cover. Then unlock the K-cup filter/holder and select the desired coffee. Either load a K-cup into the K-cup holder or fill the ground coffee filter. Snap in and place a cup or carafe under the filter. Turn on the device and wait until the indicators stop flashing. Press the button for the selected drink and wait for the drink to finish. I do not recommend this product.
