The body itself is made of solid aluminum and is slightly larger than the 2.5-inch rims it was designed for. It has a sleek, simple design and impeccable construction - it doesn't flex or have a single rough edge. After (easily) fitting the drive into the case, there's still no flexing sensation, and shaking the device slightly doesn't produce any noise or movement.
