This product did not suit me. I stumbled across this because I was looking for a different gainer than what I normally take. This thing popped up and peaked my interest. I took Optimal Nutrition; Serious bulk," and it worked well for me in terms of weight gain due to the high calorie intake. I train every day and I'm not new to the gym. For those of you looking to gain weight and exercise, check out this product or try a similar weight gain protein product. I decided to try something different to make me feel hungrier during the bulking phase. As I'm currently abroad the food here isn't that appealing and although you don't eat for pleasure when you gain weight you eat for weight. I wanted an extra boost to be hungrier. I only made the purchase based on the positive reviews. I usually like to have more than just a few product reviews while I'm doing my research and before I buy, but I honestly took a chance thinking this product would work for me. Maybe this product could work for you, but it just didn't work for me. I took this product the same day I received it. I read the reviews to take it in the morning and some said to take it in the evening when I wake up. very hungry. Tried both when I had it and finished the bottle. I also tried increasing the dosage once in the morning and once in the evening but saw no improvement. Taste; In some of the reviews you see they said they had to get used to the taste or that they didn't like it. Personally, I didn't mind this flavor and really enjoyed taking it. It almost had a kind of light mint flavor. There is no other flavor than this. The texture was like an oil based liquid texture. For some reason this reminded me of popcorn butter - the ones in the cinema where you can smear it on your popcorn yourself. I want this to work for me. Price pattern for that particular product. I saw it cost 20-35 plus or minus so keep that in mind. Am I disappointed that this product isn't working for me? Yes and no. Yes, because there is no money. I lost it and if I could go back and know what I know now I wouldn't order. And no - for the fact that we all take risks by ordering goods on the Internet, just reading reviews. I think maybe you should give it a try if the price is right no matter what your experience; If it works or doesn't work, post your experience here so you can help others do their due diligence when researching this product - just like me. Does this product work and will it work for you? May be. Probably no. This product didn't work for me. Maybe this will work for you. All our bodies are different and act/react differently to things. May I recommend this product? Of course I would bring it up in the conversation. But only when it comes to getting hungrier or gaining weight. I want to be clear that this didn't work for me, but the product itself has positive reviews for Revain so MAYBE it's worth a try of its own. Finally, to complete my review. The product didn't work for me. I rated this product a total of 1 star. Packaging and shipping came as expected and we know this is likely to happen anyway.
