Really solved the problem.

Well made and durable. Our dog had problems with chafing on a collar from the discount store. Bought to try and solve a dilemma (it's hard to walk a dog that refuses to wear a harness without a collar). The first one was larger than expected, it was quickly exchanged and they took this smaller one. Fits great, looks great and is amazingly waterproof!
