I agree with other reviewers who reported that the device stopped working after a few uses. It has never been EASY to use. It was difficult to move the lever between locking and adjusting, but I was willing to deal with that inconvenience. He died on me at Angkor Wat, leaving me without a stabilization device during a spectacular sunrise. I tried to block it but it wouldn't block. I needed an extra cable which made the device unusable. I threw it away in disgust. Save money. Find something reliable.
