I work with travelpower because it makes my life easy by ensuring i have all information at hand, even if its an email or call from someone outside our team we are still able help them out! We use this platform as well in the office too which means no waiting around when you need urgent assistance!! The only thing that would improve your product (or maybe more than one) could include support within Chinese language but overall great service so nothing really else required just keep up what u doing. Have used several other platforms over the years both internal & external customers alike they never live long enough nor do much good once implemented either internally via self-service features like ticketing software etc., or externally where most times their system doesnt integrate/work together wth ours meaning lots wasted hours trying get things integrated into systems not working properly due some.
