We have been using them since my son was born. It weighs 18 pounds, so it's within the size range. The biggest problem with them is that they leak. SO MUCH. He licks through his diaper almost every night and I have to change my clothes and sheets if I don't get up to change his diaper every three hours or so. The third size is definitely different than the smaller sizes so I was disappointed. They are thinner and of a different material, less absorbent, and sometimes smell like urine like we've never experienced before. The material inside sometimes loosens a bit and sticks to it, and I have to tear thin strands of fiber from it. Also, a real diaper is not very absorbent, your body is often actually wet and needs to be wiped completely between changes. We'll probably try a new brand considering I gave these two boxes to test and had the same issue with both.
