I like that you can create different types of boards with it and then make them private if needed. You can also add people to projects without requiring their approval first. Sometimes adding people takes time. Also sometimes when creating new tasks there isn't much room so some things get cut off in the title (like dates). It's useful but not something we use every day because our staff doesn't use it very often either. We have used this product almost daily since it launched several years ago now and haven't had many issues other than what they mentioned above. Some features are very advanced and others could be more basic. For example you cannot share files through it. Instead you must copy/paste. This is great though because it allows us to keep track of work done by employees who aren't always available at all times and even those who may only come into.
