Choking hazard when sorting and stacking toys
Just 2 days after my 13 month old grandson started playing with this toy one of the pins fell out presenting a major choking hazard. and every 13-month-old baby puts something in his mouth and can eat that color. Very disappointed with this product. I will come back for a refund.
