Yesterday I unpacked this meter for the first time. I'm about to build a new one and wanted to try out a new measuring device. I followed the instructions, the PH probe and the adjustment screw work fine. EC/PPM sensor and adjustment screw are not working. I turned it left and right several times and it doesn't change the EC calibration settings. I contacted the seller's support to claim the one-year manufacturer's warranty. They asked me to send them a video which doesn't work (which I did). Then they answered how it is possible to fix the problem, after trying their suggestions, it became clear that the meter was defective due to a manufacturer's error. I am disappointed in the quality of this product and the customer service. I didn't have to go back and forth to claim the promised manufacturer's warranty. Due to the poor quality and flawed end product I had to spend more money to buy another PH meter that actually works and works as it should. I do not recommend this calculator to anyone. I will update and fix this if the seller help me to solve this problem in time.
