High-Quality Products, but Low-Quality Service Is What You Can Expect From Harlermoon

As a comedian, I enjoy a good punchline, but there's nothing humorous about the unsatisfactory interaction I had with the Harlermoon online store. I was disappointed overall. Although their clothing, shoes, and jewelry certainly are of a high standard, the same cannot be said for their customer service. To begin, navigating through their website is an exercise in futility. Because it is disorganized and unclear, it took me an inordinate amount of time to locate what I was looking for. And when I did eventually do so, I discovered that their prices were sky high. It's almost as if they believe they are the only ones offering products of such a good quality. Their support for customers is just as disheartening. It took an interminable amount of time for someone to respond to my inquiry regarding the problem with my purchase. And when I did, the representative was impolite and unable to provide any assistance. It appears as though they have absolutely no concern for the people who buy from them. However, the deal-breaker was the company's delivery. Even though I paid for expedited shipping, it still took several weeks for my purchase to arrive. And when it did, the packaging was damaged, and one of the things wasn't there when it should have been. When I confronted them about it, they pretended that I was the one who caused the problem. In conclusion, Harlermoon may have products of a good quality, but their customer service is a complete and total joke. Try not to give yourself a backache and go shopping somewhere else instead. When I say it's in your best interest to take your company elsewhere, I'm not joking around.
