First of all, it is quite difficult to assemble. I had to ask my husband to help tighten the bars to fit the correct grooves. But most importantly, mine came with a broken rod at the top. So instead of five slots for placing vertical files, I only have four of them. I don't have time for returns and exchanges. (Who has time for this in 2020?!) So I just kept it, but I'll keep it in mind for future orders and want others to know too.
