I have bought this ink several times for my Epson ET-2720. This is a great product and has great customer service. These 2 things together make it very convenient. As mentioned in my last review, you just have to be careful to get the right color ink into the right ink reservoir. Genuine Epson bottles are encrypted so you cannot make this mistake. If you are worried about this problem, you can just take the ink you bought and put it in old Epson bottles. Yes, the caps of both bottle types are removable and tightly closed. 5+ stars in all directions. The bottles are packed in a vacuum bag, which is very nice.
