I have Invisalign retainers and while I love the cleaning crystals available through them
I have Invisalign retainers and while I love the cleaning crystals available through them they are very expensive. I think SmartGuard crystals work pretty much the same, especially if you use them with hydrogen peroxide instead of water. I use a new pouch about every 10-14 days and soak the retainer during the day (I wear the retainer every night) and rinse the retainer with cold water before and after each wear. The crystals remove odor, stains and plaque better than any other product I have found on the market.
