When we looked into Homdiy's online shop, we discovered a few problems that shoppers should be conscious of. To begin with, it's not uncommon for customers to feel frustrated because of inadequate or incorrect product details. Second, things often arrive broken because shipping is slow and inadequate packaging was used. The poor quality of customer support, however, is of greater concern. There were long wait times and unhelpful responses whenever I tried to call their support staff. Overall, we are unable to suggest Homdiy as a trustworthy retailer of tools and home repair goods. In case a client has a need for hardware or cupboard hardware, they should look elsewhere.
