This kit is not needed if you have a Holley 4160 carburetor with an additional metering block instead of a metering plate. This kit gives you everything you need if you have a secondary output plate, but you won't get enough of a bowl liner if you have an output block instead of a plate. My Holley Street Avenger 4160 has a gauge block so I was missing a bowl liner which luckily I was able to salvage when disassembling.
