The customer service is amazing. They are always available to assist. I have a lot of different issues, and they usually have a solution for me within a few hours. I like that I can call them and get a response within an hour. I think the system could be simplified for those who are new to the platform. I think it could have better visuals for those who are new, but it's a good start. I am solving all of my customer service needs in one place. It is helping me to reduce my customer service time. My customer service time is reduced by at least 30 minutes per week.
