Definitely take one size bigger, maybe even 2 sizes!

After reading reviews that this product was too small, I switched from small to medium. I had to be tall, maybe very tall, and I don't have big breasts at all. I can barely stretch the medium far enough to pinch it. I would suggest going 2 sizes larger than you think you need.
