All cells in both packs were essentially weak or dead.
Didn't like anything, all cells are essentially dead and useless. My first clue was that after plugging in my IR thermos, the device immediately beeped "change batteries". Further testing with a quality DVM showed that the elements in both twenty packs ranged from 0.907 VDC to 1.011 VDC. I bought two (expensive) lr44 cells from Walgreens, they measured 1.5VDC C++ and work great with my IR Thermo.
