So I have to say I bought this instead of my regular conditioner (it's an A10) and I'm not impressed. It gets the job done as I can brush my hair easily once I put it on my hair. I only use two pumps that are less than a dime. But once my hair is dry like I planted a mouse my hair is really dry and brittle like hay or straw. And not soft at all. It neither moisturizes nor makes it soft and comfortable. I always wash my hair thoroughly before use. I also bought a hair mask that doesn't work either. The biggest "good thing" about it is that the smell is amazing. Otherwise I cannot recommend it and will not buy it again. If I could return both products I would.
