Update 4/7 Support replied and explained that this is a rare case. They offered to replace the product or refund the money. However, I managed to get rid of the smell after a few washes and the smell is gone! I hold a sun lounger! It's very comfortable for my 2 month old baby and he sleeps very well in it! Despite the problem I had and I'm pretty sure it was rare because it doesn't seem like others have the same problem. I can recommend this sun lounger, especially for the price! I really wanted to like this baby lounger. It's very comfortable for my one month old baby and he loves it. However, there was a musty smell on the white pillow that I couldn't get rid of. I've washed the fabric, air dried it, even wiped it down with Clorox wipes and the smell is still there. My son ends up smelling like fabric and I don't feel safe leaving my son in a sun lounger. I tried contacting customer service to see what I can do and still got a response. If it wasn't for the smell I would have given this product 5 stars.
