Great blades! The plastic I had before looked old as they lost their luster and the measurement labels had worn off over time. The metal spoons I had had handles that bent easily and they didn't vary in size. These spoons have a fantastic design. The metal is solid and very strong and durable although they are a bit thicker than I expected based on the photos. I like that they have measurement markings in both English and metric units and that they're engraved so they don't rub off. I chose this set over other similar brands because the brand is not listed on the handle and having 8 different sizes is very convenient. I like the elongated design that matches spice jars. I bought a second set to be more convenient when cooking. The only thing I would change is to make them a little less thick so they look more like 2lb depot measuring cups. But I love them, highly recommend and will definitely buy them as gifts!
