Overall great software and customer service

I like that you can set up alerts for different types of vehicles, as well as specific issues or components in your fleet! The only thing is it seems to be very confusing at first (I think because there are so many options!).

Also when setting an alert its hard sometimes figuring out what will go off if something changes with my vehicle information - not sure why? Not really anything wrong per say but just wish they could make this easier/clearer once we get started using them more often!! We don't have any complaints about how easy their system was setup from start-to-finish nor do our clients complain too much either which makes me happy haha. Tracking mileage has become MUCH simpler now than years ago without having multiple apps open all day etc.,etc..
