fun while it lasted.

Installed on a 2011 QC and while it worked great for a little over two months I don't recommend it. exit onto the highway. I happened to be looking at my odometer because it was about to tip over at 128km when I saw a red lightning bolt icon on the dash as my pedal failed under my foot. Suddenly, my leisurely pace on the freeway at about 60 mph turned frantic when a tractor trailer appeared to be following quickly from behind about 50 yards behind me. I hit the gas pedal several times, contemplating turning on the hazard lights before my car came alive again; Idiom, he worked all the time. Luckily my Liberty decided to pull away suddenly without my foot on the accelerator I could add and I stopped at a rest area 1/4 mile from me. As I parked I could see my rev counter moving and even when I switched to park it went up a solid 2km by the time I parked the car. Didn't notice my check engine light coming on, but luckily I have a scan tool. in my jeep. I had three throttle body codes: P2138, P2122, P2127. Two were for "Circuit Low" and the third was "Voltage Correlation" between the two. I honestly wasn't sure if it was my car or the Pedal Commander at the time, but I pulled the device out, cleared the codes, and headed back onto the freeway. I had no problems for three weeks after this incident and kept the Pedal Commander in my glove box. I never expected this type of problem to occur on an expensive aftermarket computer, especially considering how much fun it has been over the years. Months trying to change the driving dynamics of a sluggish jeep. I consider myself very fortunate that it didn't crash into the backcountry when I was climbing something dangerous or chose to accelerate elsewhere, for example when I sometimes released the brake while waiting for a red light .
