The rocks themselves are pretty cool, no pun intended. You should try to leave them in the freezer for a few hours before using them to fully bring them up to temperature. I've found that using four didn't help, but all eight did a fantastic job of not diluting the drink. Stones are tasteless and don't really take on flavor, so you don't have to worry about them tasting like soap after washing! The accessories are rather mediocre. The bag feels good but feels a bit cheap and the logo doesn't help. The box is cute, but the styrofoam inside is just a bunch of badly glued layers. Definitely not what I would call gift quality. Also remember that the box comes in a plastic bag. So if you decide to gift them, the presentation will be better if you unwrap them first. The lenses are so thin I figured they could be made out of durable plastic. The pliers are also very basic, but they do the job. A nice novelty, but if you can just snag the bricks, you really won't miss out.
