Tried on 2019 RS3. Fits snugly between the vents, but needs about 1/8 inch or so for a secure fit. If you use a wireless charging phone like me, you cannot place a magnet in the center on the back of the phone or you will damage the wireless lose charging function. To get around the wireless charging issue, you need to place the included magnet either on the back of the phone next to the camera, or on the back of the phone, which means the weight isn't evenly distributed in either position and combined with the weak magnet Eventually drop the phone after being pushed off a bit from normal driving. Also, if you place a magnet on the bottom of the phone, it will block the console's screen until the phone falls. It also doesn't work well with a phone case, even a thin one, designed for magnets, the magnet literally won't hold at this point. If you don't have a phone or wireless charging case, this mount might work with a medium magnet, but I'm not sure.
