I would kindly accept an apology with a replacement rather than a refund with a negative comment for receiving the PVC leather from the owner accept. I know what real leather feels and smells like, but it's not. To suggest that I don't know what leather is and don't appreciate what I got was discouraging. I'm sure mistakes happen, but it would be nice if you could just admit it instead of making the customer feel guilty. Or better yet, say nothing at all. I wanted to make cute collars for the animal shelter where I adopted my dogs a year ago. They returned home on a rope without a collar. So yes, I will be making additional collars and donating or "giving them to someone less fortunate if I don't want to" as originally intended. Thanks for killing the holiday cheer. Instead, we order from the Tandy leather factory.
