Since my old Dritz Grommet "made in the USA" pliers don't cut holes well I figured I would would try a new pair. The new ones are made in China. Plastic handles (compared to metal handles) are an improvement. The hole cutting system is now a hole punch. The old system used a disk cutter versus a plastic anvil. Time will tell which is better. Case forming and cutting is now done with two separate bits held in place by plastic bushings. Obviously these heads will wear out to the point where they won't hold bits because they give you an extra pair of heads. Again, time will tell.
