At first I thought they might be too small but when I received them they seemed just right for the small toys that get lost in large toy chests below . I bought a second set when we realized we use these little boxes for everything! Art supplies, little hot wheel cars with matchboxes, little cardboard books, tiny bits on the train table, we even filled one with lollipops as a reward for a job well done around the house! They don't hold up too much and are therefore always easy to carry, even for our little one. Very versatile and highly recommended.
