Broken accessory product
The quick release pin broke when I was attaching the band to my Fitbit. The strap has come loose but the metal pin is still in my Fitbit, I can't remove it without the lock. I can't wear the Fitbit because I can't attach a wristband to it. This product was made very cheaply. I feel like they should replace my Fitbit because I can't use it now.
