Just now realized it's supposed to change colors, but doesn't

We've been using this for quite some time now, but just saw that it's supposed to change colors, but doesn't.
It works great for our kids, so I'm not bothered either way.

Pros

Disappointed that it was just solid colored cups not two tone as you see in the picture

Cons

The cups may leak or spill if not handled properly
