The ease of integration with Microsoft Dynamics GP (both for new implementations as well as upgrades), easy to navigate user interface, customizations available after training are few things that we like about this product. Lack of support from their end towards implementation issues would be another thing which will keep us away if such an issue arises again at future date. We have been using MDG since last 8 years now it's time frame has passed but still working great!We do billing process & invoicing to clients so far everything works fine without any glitch.
