Excellent Quality Product! I've been using it in the field for a few months now, it's holding up very well. The material is heavy. Was initially hesitant to purchase as one review indicated that it can be easily disassembled, but that is not the case at all. I've seen it for years. We have to carry our pocket guides with us and they get too heavy in surgical bags, but now I can easily clip them to my belt. I also have my pens, flashlight, stethoscope, 8.5" x 5.5" tablet, foldable notepad - basically everything I need fits in so I don't have to empty my pockets at the end of the night, take it it just off my belt . ! Best of all, it even comes with a detachable Velcro whiteboard dry cleaning pad. This is very handy in meetings! I like that the belt is interchangeable. I personalize it with different ribbons every week. I will definitely use it as long as I am RN. I received many compliments from nurses and CNAs asking where they could get one. I depend on tools and have never been able to find a durable tool belt until now. Thanks very much!
