Review on 🛏️ Milliard Shredded Foam 5lb Refill: Certified CertiPUR – Perfect for Pillows, Cushions, Chairs, Dog Beds, Crafts by Julie Watkins

Bought this to fill a couple of large bean bag chairs that I use as footrests which are filled with styrofoam granules that never hold their shape and always a Year or less I need to add more to the bags. So I bought this crushed foam as an alternative and it was a great decision. I just added foam to the pellet mix and wasn't sure if that would work as Millard pointed out that for some reason it wasn't made for beanbags. But I'm very happy with the results. It's a messy process, but for those of you who are used to dealing with foam-based products, I doubt it will come as a surprise. But the end result is a foam that expands to shape and hold. One thing to keep in mind is that the packaging can make it appear like the foam isn't crushable, as noted by one reviewer. It weighs 5 pounds and the box it comes in is smaller than I expected. The foam is contained in a tightly compressed and rolled heavy plastic bag and when you open and unpack it the product looks like a hard piece of foam. But when you open the plastic bag, you'll see that the shredded foam is in a sort of gauze bag that you have to open to get to the foam. This leads to a compact distribution and really makes the material easier to work with. Also, I didn't notice any smell, which is nice. Great product and I think it will work even better for pillows and things it was originally designed for.
