No need go out there researching what others are doing within this space when YOU could do it better right from home (and more often)! I always knew where we were with regards too policy making but now they keep sending reminders regarding things which is GREAT if done regularly!! This has definitely improved my business practice overall across all departments - great way forward!! 1) Easy Accessibility2.) Customization3). Automated emails4.). This software was easy to use and had all the features we needed for our business. It made it very simple for us to keep up with changes that were happening within our organization. I would like to see more training options available online or through some form of live class option. The support team is always willing to help out so there are no issues there. We solved our problem of having to spend time creating new policies each month. Now we can just go into one place where everything is kept updated!
