We get to the point where we have to take our baby out of the diaper to sleep because he's going to roll over. This bandage was good because his arms were somewhat restricted but not tightly wrapped. Being able to keep one hand or switch to regular sleeves is great. The fabric is soft and of good quality. The zippers work well. We are very happy with the quality. Another reviewer mentioned that the neck hole is large, which is true, but that wasn't a problem for us. We used it on an average sized 3-4 month old baby and he couldn't get his hands free. (Though with other sleep bandages he had his hands completely in his mouth.)
