
I work at CSR and ordered this headset on the recommendation of a colleague as I was about to move to WFH. I wanted something lightweight, easy to use and reliable. The headset worked like clockwork for the first few days. Then one day, as I was booting up my workstation, the headset caught fire, got stuck on the first boot, and went into a loop. I temporarily fixed the issue by performing a soft reset on the headset. The next day the same! It's not even a month since I've had this headset! I contacted Revain tech support yesterday and they had no idea how to help. Then they put me in touch with one of Jabra's agents. So far they have opened a ticket on my behalf but no updates yet. I'm concerned because considering how much this headset costs, it should perform much better than this one. Will post an update on the results of what Jabra is doing.
