I do that (recommend). Put them in the fridge for about 1 hour. or less before use. "Instructions" Page up! Wash your face thoroughly. Apply them accordingly. Leave them on for 20-30 minutes. tops (NO MORE!) OMG - that cooling, soothing feeling works wonders! Swelling - gone. Dark circles - goodbye! As for wrinkles and fine lines. Well, they're still here! Unfortunately, I believe that there is no cure for old age!
