I like that each job posting has the ability for multiple applicants, giving me an opportunity to find better candidates than just what is in my database! The application process can be confusing if you are not familiar with it. There isn't anything really to dislike here -- but maybe more details about how often new jobs will appear (as opposed to when they closed). Give this a try before deciding against using it as your only recruitment option!! We use SFDC as our CRM system along with other sales/recruitment tools. This has been one of the best solutions we have discovered so far. I have been working with the team at sForce for about a year now and they have been very responsive to my needs and always on top of my requests and communications. They have helped me land my current position and continue to help me land my next role! I have not found anything that I dislike. I would highly recommend their services. They are great to work with. I highly recommend working with them. They have helped me fill my current role and continue to help me fill my next role!
