I like that each job posting has the ability for multiple applicants, giving me an opportunity to find better candidates than just what is in my database! The application process can be confusing if you are not familiar with it. There isn't anything really to dislike here -- but maybe more details about how often new jobs will appear (as opposed to when they closed). Give this a try before deciding against using it as your only recruitment option!! We use SFDC as our CRM system along with other
