Not suitable for making crepe paper flowers

I found this to be the cheapest crepe paper option and has almost no stretch to make crepe paper flowers. I liked using green for the leaves (because they don't need a lot of stretching). It wasn't a bad product but I would recommend using a good German crepe paper to make the flowers. I think Leah Griffith's stuff is of the highest quality.
