The interface is easy enough so that non techies can use it as well! It takes some time getting used but once you do its great!! I would say they need more options like adding additional resources (i know we have limited) - otherwise everything works just fine. My current favorite part about this software are my reports which help me track what needs attention when compared against our goals/priorities etc.. I love that they are able to find me any repairs/service my business needs, especially since I am located far away from our local office. The process is extremely time consuming and it would be nice if you could set up an appointment before hand instead of waiting until your scheduled. Definitely use them! They were able to help us get everything we needed serviced within one month (which was unexpected).

  • I would like the process to be more time/service
