Excellent Customer Services & Reporting

ServiceChannel is very easy to use, has great customer service, and is super helpful in terms of the reporting and tracking of work orders. I am able to see what work is scheduled and when it is due. I do not have to call in work orders to be entered. It is very easy and convenient for our facility. I would recommend using this software. I have not found anything I do not like. I can get all my work done with ease. I can be sure that I have all the work done that I need to. The ability to have…

The interface is easy enough so that non techies can use it as well! It takes some time getting used but once you do its great!! I would say they need more options like adding additional resources (i know we have limited) - otherwise everything works just fine. My current favorite part about this software are my reports which help me track what needs attention when compared against our goals/priorities etc.. I love that they are able to find me any repairs/service my business needs, especially

Very good for monitoring our assets

The ability that it helps us monitor our buildings effectively which is very important when you are managing an organization like ours where we have hundreds if not thousands units under management! It's hard sometimes but I can say this tool has really helped me improve my job as well because there were certain things about how i was doing them before using SCM now its different so thats good too!! Nothing atm though just be patient they do make improvements over time. If your looking into…
