Review on ServiceChannel by Brian Samuel

The ability that it helps us monitor our buildings effectively which is very important when you are managing an organization like ours where we have hundreds if not thousands units under management! It's hard sometimes but I can say this tool has really helped me improve my job as well because there were certain things about how i was doing them before using SCM now its different so thats good too!! Nothing atm though just be patient they do make improvements over time.
