Excellent Customer Services & Reporting

ServiceChannel is very easy to use, has great customer service, and is super helpful in terms of the reporting and tracking of work orders. I am able to see what work is scheduled and when it is due. I do not have to call in work orders to be entered. It is very easy and convenient for our facility. I would recommend using this software. I have not found anything I do not like. I can get all my work done with ease. I can be sure that I have all the work done that I need to. The ability to have our entire fleet under one roof is amazing! I love that we can see all work orders at once as well as how much each vehicle has been serviced overall vs. just by technician within my organization. It's hard sometimes keeping up with it but not too bad. We are able to track everything pretty easily now instead of having to go back through different systems.

  • Great Customer support team (service channel staff) they were always available whenever needed.
  • Ease/convenience factor was fantastic compared other platformsI'd say there aren't really any downsides about working here.it took me some time getting used
