The best thing about this software has been its ability to track candidates with ease & also helps us keep our data safe by providing multiple layers security features- both online as well offline mode.-Solutions like these are helpful when we want more control over how much information gets shared or accessed while keeping it secure at same time! Honestly I cannot think anything that can be improved upon if there was any improvement required (from my experience).
We have used Nauckirms services since quite some times now but till date not found even 1 single issue where they failed/lacked customer support service /didn't perform upto expectations etc., so definitely recommended!! This tool ensures complete transparency regarding candidate details across every level within organization - whether internal recruiter department employee manager director head senior vice president executive VP CXO board member chairman chairwoman CEO founder general counsel HR officer.
